• Processing and Delivery Time: The majority of orders will be delivered 5-10 business days after they are processed and shipped. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, orders outside the US may take an additional 30-40 business days to arrive.

• Incomplete or Late Orders: If your delivered order is incomplete, it may have been shipped in two separate packages. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at info@alpha1337.com and we will assist you in locating your order and determining if a refund can be applied.

• Multiple Packages: If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse depending on which one has it available fastest. In some cases, items may be shipped at different times to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are shipped from our domestic and international warehouses and we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time for orders within the US is 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 1-6 weeks.

• Lost or Stuck Orders: All of our orders are insured, so in the unlikely event that your order gets lost or stuck during delivery, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking. Our refund and return policy will apply in these situations.
